Production process

The zero-fault strategy at BILSTEIN CEE a.s. requires smooth process monitoring and reliable quality control in processes which are characterised by a high degree of automation. This target is reached by means of complete monitoring and documentation of all defined process parameters. Only in this way can productivity and quality in cold-rolled strip production be maintained at the highest possible level.

In the hot-rolled strip stock, BILSTEIN CEE a.s. quality management becomes active even before the material is fed into the process data acquisition/CAQ-supported production process. From the start of the process on, the material is not only subjected to an identification check, but also tested using material samples and material analyses. This process is the first step in a quality management system which continuously accompanies all areas of the production – from cutting the hot strip through to the on-time delivery of cold strip at your production facilities.
